We provide schools with specialist advice and support on a range of topics, including staff to deliver bespoke education packages. 

Teachers/Support Staff

We can, in special circumstances, provide short term cover but we much prefer to work with schools to  provide longer term solutions. We are adept at listening to a school's need and providing the best member of staff we can to help. For example, providing a Maths or English specialist for intervention lessons might be more efficient than simply plugging a gap. We are not a supply agency, so for those looking for that type of service we suggest they contact the numerous agencies or their Local Authority for procurement guidance in Wales.   

Safeguarding training.

Our CPD Certified training provides education staff with new starter and refresher training in the complicated but vital area of safeguarding. We can offer 1:1 or groups of up to 12 with half day generic or bespoke safeguarding training. This will lead to certification so you can be assured of its validity. MUSIC

We also provide peripatetic musicians for bespoke Music lessons in schools. We know how important music is for a child's development and we recognise how much Music lessons have suffered in recent years. Please contact us for more info. 

Tutors / 1:1 working / specialist support 

• Our Re-Engage and Dysgu Newydd specialist provisions offer 1:1 tutoring to hard to reach, vulnerable or challenging pupils. This approach helped one PRU based in Wales to achieve 100% Level 1 pass rate; a significant number achieving L2, including English and Maths. 
• We have educated young people in care, in prison, in the home and at schools. 
• We understand the pressures on schools and we want to support them to reach a school's potential. We have provided expert consultancy to schools/PRUs in readiness for inspection and have helped put schools in contact with colleagues. 
• We have provided Challenge Advisers direct to schools and LAs, where additional capacity beyond Regional Consortia is needed. 
• We have provided independent investigators for school complaints. This has helped to give valuable reassurance to parents and given effective mediation for schools and LAs; thus avoiding animosity and helping to find resolutions.   
• Whatever service we offer a school, our focus on outcomes means we will be genuine partners.
