Our three Directors are all serving teachers, with over 40 years combined experience.
We have held middle management and leadership positions, including Headship, at schools and PRUs, as well as considerable experience of 1:1 tutoring, and the Local Authority management of Alternative Provisions (APs). We also conduct independent investigations to ascertain ways to improve organisations or to ensure integrity of education settings' HR processes.
We're driven by a desire to see equity and fairness in the education sector, and raising attainment for all. Our staff are paid fair rates, our partner schools charged manageable fees and our services provided to ensure quality over profits.
We offer staff and bespoke support to schools and Local Authorities as we recognise the current financial climate of austerity means that not for profit solutions are the progressive way to ensure quality of service whilst maintaining strict financial prudence.
