We can support organisations, particularly in the education sector, to improve fairness and veracity of HR processes or safeguarding allegation investigations.  We have supported employers and employees dealing with ACAS, unions, EWC, TRA,  etc. 

Fair, evidence-based investigations into disciplinary, grievance, safeguarding and workplace concerns. 

We can also mediate or provide further training after an incident. 

Supporting organisations with confidential, objective investigations that stand up to scrutiny, including to TRA or EWC hearings. Our staff include former Police, ACAS, Union and senior school leaders and CEOs - giving a wide perspective and skill set.
