Mike is an education leader with extensive experience across schools, PRUs, local authorities and alternative provision.
He leads Equity Foundation's work in:

- Specialist Tuition
Equity Foundation has 3 directors, with over 40 years of combined experience in education and health and they are committed to delivering ethical, not-for-profit services that improve outcomes for children, schools and organisations.
We're driven by a desire to see equity and fairness in the education sector, and raising attainment for all.

Elin is a keen amateur farmer, often taking our young people to her farm to say hello to the sheep!

Lyndsey is long-serving bilingual primary teacher and qualified counsellor. She specialises in supporting our young people on their education journey and ensuring that IDPs / EHCPs are up to date, and that the correct measures are in place to allow our young people to thrive.
Lyndsey is a keen musician, often using music to help young people feel more relaxed and engaged.

Rachael is our wellbeing officer, supporting young people to attend provisions, helping them and their families to re-engage with education, and ensuring that no one is forgotten.
Rachael can often be found visiting our young people on any external placements - construction sites, college, hairdressers, you name it!

Tracey - our Examinations / Qualifications Lead
Tracey supports our learners to access qualifications with Agored, TLM, Sweet and links with schools for GCSEs.
Tracey is an experienced Science teacher, with a keen interest in helping learners understand the world around them, and to achieve their best academically.
When not working, Tracey can be found tending to her horses and listening to a wide variety of classic rock!
